Return Policy

What is your return policy?

• Returns must be made within seven days of receiving the goods.
• ACT Paper Wings will provide a full refund for the cost of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded; customers must pay shipping costs to return the goods.

When will I receive a refund for the products I returned?

Once we receive your returned item, we will credit it to your bank account within five working days and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/ debit card.

How Do I exchange an item? 

• To exchange an item, you must follow the returns process described above. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your credit/ debit.
• You must place a new order for the replacements you would like.
