Delivery Information
ACT PAPER WINGS will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. If the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, ACT PAPER WINGS reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary and the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order anytime, even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back to the account as soon as the order is successfully canceled.
Post Delivery – Returns and Exchange conditions:
ACT PAPER WINGS will accept Returns or Exchanges only if the following conditions are met.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Q: Does ACT PAPER WINGS deliver internationally?
A: Yes, we ship across the globe.
Q: How much are the Delivery/Shipping Charges?
A: Following are the respective charges.
- Shipping charges for Delhi–NCR will be Rs.100 flat.
- Shipping charges outside Delhi NCR will be according to the product orders and as per the place, which will be mentioned in the confirmation mail.
- For International orders, the shipping charges will be as actual.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Following are the estimated delivery time based on your location.
- Domestic orders will take 7 to 12 days as every product is fresh and handmade, and the artisans are based in villages.
- Delivery time for International orders is 15 days, depending on the product order and your location.
Q: Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
A: Expedited Shipping is not available on our website at this time. If you have a special case, please contact us at actgreenindia@gmail.com.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
A: If your order is still being processed and has not been dispatched, you can contact us at actgreenindia@gmail.com and modify your shipping address.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: After your products are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
